History

Ten years of success.

In 1997, David H. Segura launched VisionIT to fill a void in the technology sector. Working as a project manager and application programmer at a Fortune 500 company, David saw a need in the market for a technology company that focused on each individual within the company, assisted them with their career goals and provided opportunities to grow their technical skills. David also wanted to create more diversity in the technical community.

Initially, VisionIT grew from small application projects and short-term staffing needs as a Tier 2 supplier supporting other major staffing firms. After many successful projects, VisionIT was able to work directly with its client base as a much sought after company having the ability to find talented professionals within a short turnaround time. Today, VisionIT has been rated multiple times by Inc. magazine as one of the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the United States and ranked 7th nationally on the annual list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Staffing Companies by national staffing industry expert Staffing Industry Analysts, Inc.

VisionIT's client roster includes numerous Fortune 500 companies and government agencies throughout North America. VisionIT supports a wide range of industries including automotive, banking, technology, telecommunications, healthcare and aerospace for short-term, long-term and direct-hire contracts.
